Practices

One’s daily practices should facilitate ease in body and mind, leaving one enabled to combat the effects of modern day living. More than ever it is essential for the human being to engage in some form of practice: physical, spiritual, devotional, or the like. We are bombarded with a lot right now: toxins and pollutants in our air, waterways and earth, negativity from mainstream media, a scarcity mentality from our societal upbringing, as well as perpetuated fear from others that don’t see beyond the limitations of self.

May these practices place you, the individual, with a personal onus to live with joy, gratitude, in bountiful health and wellbeing. Let it spread like an infection, for everything we share with others is contagious, so be conscious.

We are all in it together.
